Call of Duty Black Ops 3 crashes as soon as starting the game.

I bought COD Black Ops 3 on the Xbox app for pc 3 days ago, and decided to play it for the first time, but when starting the game, it immediately crashes, even when starting on safe mode, and unfortunately I cannot find a way to fix this, I saw that I should start the game offline, but even with offline permission enabled, I can't do it, I also saw that I should change the game language to spanish, then download the game again, it changed nothing.

Game version is 0.2.4.0, with both multiplayer and zombies chronicles pack downloaded.

Wow? No one plays it, who cares any more? Several other call of duty games have been released since then.

Black ops, Modern Warfare 3, and Black Ops II. This game is sure to die soon.
