Call of Duty Black Ops 2 won't load

    Call of Duty Black Ops 2 won't load


    I have Call of Duty Black Ops 2 on digital download. I tried to play it yesterday and it came up saying that I have to insert game disc or I don't gave the rights to play it which I do as I bought it in a game bundle with an Xbox 360 Elite.

    I uninstalled it today and reinstalled it (digitally which means I own the game) and it does the same thing and also all of my saved data has been erased!!!

    Can someone please tell me why this is?

    Hello Demonized,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the game. Are you on an Xbox 360, or an Xbox one? With either you can try a

    Power Cycle     then try the game. Its also a known issue where many owners of Black ops 2 not able to play it. Microsoft is working on it with Activision to fix the problem.
