Call of duty Black ops 2 won’t allow me to purchase it.

I keep trying to buy Call of Duty Black ops 2 and it keeps saying “ Oops. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later.” It also has a weird code type thing which is “64ydmlUzgg2c14tRssP03Q.415” It also says I only have $0.01 even though I should have $15 more. So can someone explain how to fix it?

If I may ask, may I know which platform device are you using to purchase the game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

This could be an issue with the Xbox Live server.

As part of our troubleshooting steps kindly try to remove your current payment method (if you're using a payment card) and add it again by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

Then try to purchase the game to see if it works.

Hello! My favorite Call of Duty's are Black ops, Black ops 2, and Modern Warfare 2 and 3. The campaigns for the newer Call of Duty's are not good besides Modern Warfare. They focus too much on technology, reminds me of Titan Fall.
