    Call of Duty Black Ops 2- The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live


    Hi guys, my young fella paid $80 and downloaded Black Ops 2 and we can not get on to play as we continuously get the same messGe saying the current profile is not allowed. We have an active Gold Live pass so there are no issues with that and I have now followed multiple prompts online including resetting the console but keeping games and apps and still have the same issue. It doesn’t matter who account we try to use it’s the same message.

    I need help please- pretty **** that he can’t play a game he paid so much for.
