Call of Duty Black Ops 1 dont get access to Xbox Live

Sorry to hear you are having issues with playing Call of Duty Black Ops 1 online.

I have not found any information on whether or not the servers have been shut down. However, Black Ops 1 is fairly old title. If you are able to begin a search for an online game and not finding one, there may not be anyone else playing.

If you are unable to access the multiplayer servers, then you will want to do a hard reset on your xbox. This link will help walk you through

Thanks for reaching out and responding to us. Just to clarify, does this happen with any other games or is it just with Crackdown 3? When did this issue start to occur?

I would suggest trying a Soft Factory Reset since
you have already renewed your Xbox Live Gold services.

Side Note: It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to Settings
> Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show
in this box.

I used Factory Reset without deleting games and their data.

After this i can now play Call of Duty!
