    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (Xbox 360) DLCs not working.


    I recent purchased 2 "extra armory slots" for 1.99 plus tax each in the in game store. The extra armory slots are not appearing in the redeemable loot armory and my armory slots are now full.

    I also have a copy of the Atlas Pro Edition that came with all a Season Pass that included 4 Maps, Atlas Gorge MP Map and the "Advanced Warfare Atlas Dig Pack". All but the Atlas Dig Pack seem to be in working order for me.

    The Atlas Dig Pack is suppose to come with the following items: Atlas exoskeleton, the Bal-27 AE Assault Rifle and Atlas 45 AE Pistol, Atlas Helmet, Player Card, 5 bonus Supply Drops, Advanced Arsenal, and a Single Player exoskeleton Upgrade.

    As far as I can tell, I only received the Single Player exoskeleton Upgrade and the Advanced Arsenal. Everything else are nowhere to be found.

    If anyone can assist me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    I did as you suggested. Unfortunately over a month and a half has now passed and my issue has not been resolved. I've provided all the information they've requested. Over that time, I've inquired about the status of my issue (once every 1-2 weeks) and now I am now being ignored by their team.
