    Call of Duty - Advanced Warfare - Supply Drop Error


    "Notice: Error occurred while trying to open supply drop. Please try again later." - What's going on here? Is anyone else having this issue? It's happened like 3 times in a row so far.

    Also I bought the (Lightning Pack) and can't seem to download it and then forwards me to the store.

    I recently bought the Havac DLC and have had these issues. Has anyone else had these issues at all?

    Call of Duty - Advanced Warfare - Supply Drop Error

    Update: I removed the map pack and am able to receive map packs but can not download the Lightning Pack, it downloads to the hard drive but I cant seem to use it.

    (Cant download items please try again later Error Code: 80150101)

    I bough HAVOC and cant get it to work. waiting online for over an hour with customer service, had them walk me through a "fix". still does not work.

    I just paid $120 for 40 advanced supply drops and they didn’t show up. I want my money back or the supply drops I paid for.

    "To access your Advanced Supply Drops, you need to go to the Multiplayer menu and select the Find Match option. Then, press the Menu button on your controller and select the Redeemable Loot option. You should see your Advanced Supply Drops there and be able to open them.

    On the other hand, you can try the following steps below. This is taken from the official site provided by the game developer support team:

    Back out to the Main Menu.

    Return to the Multiplayer lobby.

    Check the New Items section again for the Advanced Supply Drop.

    On rare occasions, Advanced Supply Drop purchases may take up to 20 minutes to show up in the game.

    Additionally, you can also perform the steps below:

    1. Check your purchase history: Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account. From there, go to "Payment & billing" and then "Order history" to see if the purchase went through.

    2. Restart your console: Sometimes, simply restarting your console can help resolve issues like this. Try turning off your Xbox Series S, unplugging it from the power source, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
