Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Download and Installation Guide

We are currently receiving several reports regarding Call of Duty: Advance Warfare downloading and installations taking longer than usual. We want to thank you for bearing with us as the proper teams are investigating this issue.

This delay is due to a significant number of people downloading and installing the game at this time, so please keep that in mind.

In the meantime, while we are working towards getting this issue resolved, we would suggest trying these troubleshooting steps below:

• Check for notifications on the install in your My Games & Apps section. Here is our
  
  support page on how to check for those.
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console
  
• Try out the steps within our
  Slow Performance Troubleshooting Guide

If you are trying to install a disc-based version, we also have steps for doing an offline install in our

installation process support article.

Hey everyone! If you're still seeing slower downloads/installs for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, we suggest giving these steps a shot:

• Go to "My games & apps" on your Xbox One console.
• On the left-hand side, go to "Queue".
• Hover over Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
• Press the Menu button.
• Select "Pause installation".
• Wait 30 seconds.
• Press the Menu button.
• Select "Resume installation".
