call of duty advanced warfare day zero code

my gamer tag is and i bought advanced warfare on november the 5th but i didnt get the bundle promiced to me i would like a code to get my bundle asap. everyone else who bought the disc has no problem getting that but we do. please fix by
tomorrow. thank you

Nope, even on the Microsoft website the bundle says Day Zero:

"The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3, plus two custom weapons: the AK-12G Assault Rifle and Crossbow-B2."

Firstly could I start by asking where you purchased the game from (e.g. the Microsoft Store or a retail store)? and also whether you have a physical copy of the game (a disc) or a digital download?

Both of these factors will affect where you obtain your code and whether or not you should have received it at the time of purchase. If you purchased from a third-party retailer and didn't receive your code, then you will need to contact them directly and
get them to sort it out for you, as that's not Microsoft's responsibility.

I haven't received my code tokens yet either, I bought my game on the eighth and it said I needed to do it before the 10th. I bought the Games on Demand version using the link from my Xbox LIVE Rewards page. Thank you in advance.
