Call Of duty 4 bannissement

Je me sui faite bannir de Call Of duty 4 remasterisé pendant 72 heures et tout mes stats reset a zéro pour ( non respect des termes de la charte ) mais je n'ai jamais ( booster ) ou faite de tricherie ou envoyer des messages vulgaire ect! j'aimerai savoir
quoi faire car honnêtement payer 140$ pour deux jeux et que fisnlement c'est juste pour jouée a cod 4 et qu'au final il me bannisse et supprime mes choses c'est vraiment dégoûtant !
