Son's Xbox live gold membership is gone/missing from his subscriptions. No luck trying to use chat or calling Microsoft. Any ideas or help???

It is possible that the code you used was found to be fraudulent, stolen, or it was mistakenly removed.

It's called your Xbox Live Tenure. It's the number of years you've had a Xbox Live Gold membership. It only counts the time you've been a gold member. It's just that though. A number. There's no advantage to those with a higher number than you.

You can call Xbox Live and tell them you don't want gold membership and they return whatever money you paid for gold membership and if you want to turn off auto renew(Thats what I did). You have to call Xbox Live for that too(Thats what I did, when I did
it on the computer it kept charging my credit card anyway). Hope this helps
