    Call centre agent hung up on me after I had been on the phone for 30 min


    Been on the phone for the last 3 days after work trying to get hold of someone. Finally do and they make me wait on hold for 30 min and then hang up. Is this honestly how your customers are treated?

    refund?

    The first time i clicked request a refund, second time i requested a call back, last night i actually spoke to someone who put me through to someone else and kept me hanging for 50 minutes before the line went dead. Tonight i requested a call back at 7.30
    ish, wait time was 34 mins, i got call back at 9pm and stayed listening to Halo tune for 45 mins before i hung up, i hung up because the call centre closed st 9 ( i found thar out on google). I wont give up, £89.99 is a lot if money to lose.

    I waited for 3 hours on hold, finally got an agent and she hung up on me after I told her my issue. So I called back and had the same thing happen at the 2 hour mark.

    I also waited in the chat for 2 hours but the agent didn’t have any authority to help me.
