Call back isnt working xbox support

I have tried numerous times to use the call back feature to no avail as it says it says it cannot be processed. I really wish there was a contact number otherwise this wont be resolved. I dont see a live chat option either to an Xbox agent.

My Ea Fc 24 game is stuck in trial when i own the disc. Ea website forum says MS need to revoke trial licence.

Not sure exactly what your problem is but i would try to hard reset the xbox and unplug the power cord from the back of the xbox also to ensure no power is running through the xbox and if that does not work i would call xbox customer support if the issue
isnt resolved

Hi

Sorry you having these issues. It might be time to request a call back from Xbox Support and maybe call your internet provider. They help with troubleshooting too. Even though the internet is working on everything they it seems like DNS isnt with yours

It seems that this is a known issue for UK residents, (call back option doesn't work)

- to delete game,

- clear cache,

- download in another removable media..

I've downloaded sonic generations(7gb) about 6 times..
