    Where can I go to request for Xbox one to update my cable provider? I have AT&T U-Verse and it's not showing that as an option.

    My provider is Litestream Holdings in zip code 32092. It shows up on Zap2It and Titantv, but not on Xbox One.

    Could someone please let me know the process for getting this addressed? Thanks!

    I am unable to set up my One guide due my cable provider is not listed. The list gives other cable providers but not mine. WoW! is not listed, but AT&T, Comcast, Dish Network, Direct TV and Antenna are. This is very frustrating.

    Hi Luvidal,

    I'm sorry to hear the issue is still persisting. Let's try something else.

    We are going to have to factory reset your Xbox, but there is an option to keep your content installed on the hard drive. It will just reset the operating system and act like it's a new console. Before going through the process make sure to have your account
    information readily available as you will need to sign back into the account during set up. Make sure you select keep my games and apps.
