Hi grahamveitch1, except contact the support (Xbox) or Activision on their forum, i think you're not be able to speak directly to someone.

I know you can give support a call but I dno if the email address they want is the one for that account because I dont know it or actually it’s my brother email address but he can’t remember it either. So I’m not sure what alternative solution is because I can’t remember much about card details and etc of that and things. I want it back that was my first Xbox account I used and they some useful stuff on that account that I want which would help me in one way or another
