    Caannot redeem code for gears of war on xbox store or microsoft page


    Trying to redeem code for gears of war does not work. In the store, every attempt gets dismisssed saying that the region is wrong. Yet I can purchase stuff just fine(duh). Neither does it work on this page. Redeem code doesn't work because I'm told I'll
    be redirected to xbox.com...yet when I choose 'Redeem code', I just get redirected to where where I came from. Just...what the... I think you get my point.

    Huh? The page is xbox.com-redeem a code. or xbox fb page for gears of war.

    Got for my Pre-Order an gift code for Gears of War which is not working.

    For my Pre-order of the Xbox Gears Of War 4 Version I got yesterday a redeem Code for Gears of War but when I want to enter this Code I get always the message that this Code is not valid or can't be found and I Need to contact the shop where I bought it.
    I got this because I ordered it from the Microsoft Store page.

    What can I do now?

    According to the Gears of War 4 Microsoft Store page, you should receive your codes via Xbox Live messages within a month of the date you
    redeemed your Gears of War 4 code. If after a month you still don't have your codes, feel free to post back and we'll look into it then.

    When did you redeem your copy of Gears of War 4? From the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    Congrats on your new Xbox One S! This is from the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    That just means you had to redeem/purchase Gears of War 4 by December 31, 2016. The codes for the prior games will be sent to you within the next 30 days and will be valid when they arrive. :)
