Ca i play diffrent games at the same time on one xbox account

So i have a windows 11 pc and a xbox series x who use the same xbox account. Is it possible for me to b playing sea of thieves on the pc while someone is playing other games on the xbox at the same time?

I am afraid it won't work if you're using the same profile. It will only work if the other player is game sharing with you using their own account. If you have a game going on one console and you launch a game on a different console whether it’s a different game or the same game you’ll need to quit the game on the first console before you can play on the second. Yes you can use 2 profiles on 2 diffrent xboxes to play at the same time.

i have the exact same problem with my xbox, tried 3 diffrent cables and 2 diffrent tv's also tested the cables on another xbox made around the same time and they work perfect on the other one

its definitely a problem with the xbox and not my tv's or cables

If you're trying to open the same game from diffrent machines with the same account then yes, it will close one. Have you tried with different accounts as suggested by others?

Wait so if i purchase the game on one account and i use a diffrent account on the same console on the pc store,do i have to use the account that i bought the game on on the pc?Or does it not matter
