    Yes. after replacing the files, the game stopped showing signs of life at all, but if you return the old file, everything starts, but the error remains.

    I have done some research on the code you posted and have found a fix for you. The problem itself seems to be with updates needed for your GPU and/or DX files. Please follow the steps at this link https://respawnfirst.com/death-stranding-access... to repair the problem

    thanks for trying to help, but unfortunately it does not work :( the video card has the latest drivers; version dx12. I also tried running the game in windowed mode. the outcome is always the same.
