    I was playing gta and I got logged out of my account randomly and when I finally got back In to it I had been banned from messaging and voice chat for something so I presume some one trued hacking my account to get me banned

    Enforcement doesn't read or post here, and no one here has any power to do anything with your account

    You are responsible for securing your account, it doesn't matter who actually did it.

    I am having the same issue here, my account was com banned 7/25 and was lifted 8/15. But i have gone through all the steps from deleting the account to resetting me xbox one, and here it is 11/3 and my ban has not been lifted.

    yes i have never been suspened for anything why have i been banned i havent violated any of thje codes of conduct or terms of use i have been wrong fully banned please help me lift this from my xbox it not second hand my mum brought it brand new for christmas
