    Horrible product! My kids already hate it. Hope to toss it in trash one day soon. Microsoft is obsessed with locking down all the accounts, kids cant be kids. They spent hours and hours just trying to change password because "kids" forgot. And this product is horrible. Can't play a game that we paid for because of a forgot password and unable to change it.

    Buyer Beware... stay away from XBOX. I wish I knew this sooner.

    This is the way all game consoles and other online services work

    You have an account you have to remember the password for. If the kids set up the account, they often skip crucial steps necessary for recovery, and even don't even write down the Gamertag they were assigned or the one they chose. The process also allows you to create an email as part of the process. In my experience they often don't and skip through the process as fast as possible

    Cant even post a full sentence on this website either. Xbox has only been a let down. Im throwing my xbox's away and buying a playstation since xbox can't fix my damn problem. Horrible service and horrible products. Ill be sure to spread the word
