buying the XGP Ultimate upgrade

i have $1.25 in ms account. but i can't pay for the xgp ultimate upgrade for my current xgp. it costs $1+taxes. so i have the money.then why can't i pay!! what do they mean by pay the rest? do I have to cc? will they take any money from cc/paypal?

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately currency cannot be used for this purchase. I'm afraid that you can only use a credit card, debit card or paypal to make this purchase.

You can use microsoft currency too pay for gold and gamepass but you do need a card on filie

Hey there Bakaneko05

The $1 plus taxes would be taken from your microsoft blance so from the $1.25. Its asking how you want too pay the rest because its a renewing membership. Taking the $1 deal would add any time for gamepass and gold on your account togethor. Then you would
be charged $14,99 a month from the card that you choose unless you canceled the renewing.

So for example if you have 3 months of gold and 3 months of game pass and sign up for the $1 then that would give you 7 months of ulitmate. You wouldnt have too pay anything more till then end of the 7 months.

If you dont want the sub too automatic renew then once you added the offer you can sign into

account.microsoft.com/services and turn off automatic renewal
