    I am going to visit family for 4 months in Turkey and then come back can I buy games in Turkey like call of duty vanguard and then play them when I am back home in the Netherlands or do I have to buy a new version

    okay but I have read that if I buy them in Turkey that I can't download them here in the Netherlands is this correct or is this okay if I immediately throw a game off to play another one I want to be sure that I can also download it here in the Netherlands

    You got nothing to worry about, the game license is already on your account. You will no longer need to re-purchase it.

    They need to give Xbox Live Support guys the ability to replace codes

    Turkey is a xbox live supported region so just buy your codes in Turkey.

    Due to things like taxes,vat,etc. codes can only be redeemed in the region they were bought.
