buying game on Microsoft store

Hello,


I recently bought Call of Duty: WWII on the Microsoft store from my console, and it does not work at all.

I reinstalled it twice and it's always the same.
I even made a video as proof.
The game normally starts with the music and the names of the developers, and then the screen goes black with the music in the background.

I waited about fifteen minutes and nothing changed.
I do not know what to do to remedy the situation.
In the technical support on your website, there was nothing to solve my problem.

I am aware that there is no refund, but that's pretty shocking.
I paid for a game that does not work!

I have always been with xbox since the first generation.

I do not do a lot of online shopping but now if can not solve my problem, I think it will be the last time.

An answer would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox one digital games

How do you get game codes? Are they cheaper than the games on the xbox games store? Microsoft wants people including myself to buy games from the game store, they don't want people buying games at a cheaper price.
