Buying game from marketplace

I am going to preorder FIFA17 on the xbox UK marketplace, but I could be in the USA when the game is released.

The game comes out on the 27th in the USA, 2 days earlier than UK, so if I am in the states during release would I be able to change the locale on my xbox and be able to play on the US release date?

Is this possible, or would I have to wait until the UK release date no matter what to play?

Games on Demand

Due to this Disc Unreadable/Unrecognized problem thats been going around since the latest Dashboard update, can't play most games from the disc itself anymore. So thinking about buying a full actual game (not an arcade or indie game) from the Game Marketplace.
I'm a little cautious though, have heard people have problems purchasing, downloading or finding games that they've downloaded from the marketplace. Are these common problems? Should I not buy a game from the marketplace? Any information on buying Xbox 360
games from the marketplace would help.

Are you trying to purchase the DLC from the Marketplace or In-game? I suggest deleting the content from your HDD and buying it through the in-game store.

 

I think you would be best to wait until the UK release date. If you were to do as you suggested then you could risk having your gamertag banned for accessing content before it's actual release date. This is because, although you'd be changing the locale
of the console, your account would still be set as UK.
