Buying game as gift online

    Buying game as gift online


    Im trying to buy a game for a friend as a gift but it wont give me the option to if i own it with all my games, all it says is “ you own this game launch game” and “add to wishlist” and not buy as gift but will with games i dont own, how do i buy as a gift?

    As far as I know you can only buy games as gifts. If you want to buy Gold, buy a physical card or a code from an online retailer. :)

    Thanks for the answer. Xbox Live Gold can be bought as a gift but not now because of this problem. Why does Store never work correctly?(

    I do not see any option to Buy as Gift for Xbox Live subscription. I'm not even sure you can gift anything else other than games.

    You can buy anything in xbox store or Microsoft online store. Games, movies, apps, DLCs and many other things. Be aware, gift cards, once redeemed, expire in 3 months. And things must be bought with your account. Another thing. You can use money from gift
    cards to buy someone a gift.

    Umm Pakistan isn't even an xbox live region but yes xbox one games are region free but you still have to buy in region games can't be gifted from other regions since gifting is region locked

    With mcc you cannot buy a disk as most of the content is online
