buying from marketplace without adding a card/paypal

Hi, I was wondering since a lot of time has passed now since passing from Microsoft Points to Regional Currency, if we will ever be able to use our money in our accounts to purchase from the markeplace website again without having to add a credit card o
paypal ?

Please do not tell me to purchase on my console, I know I can do that, but at times me like others are away for work or other reasons ( in our original regions) and would still like to buy content available on the site.

Is this going to stay like this or will it get fixed like it was for the Xbox One Marketplace?

If you're downloading it from an Xbox One or xbox.com, you would need a credit card/paypal on file in order to make the purchase. In order to download it without adding a credit card/Paypal, is to make the purchase from a 360 console.

I am trying to purchase a game from the marketplace and receive that error. I have tried adding and using both my Credit Card and my Paypal account but with no success.

Hi onyx62is, thanks for your suggested answer however it does not answer the questions I asked since even if one adds a credit card or paypal account it doesn't take the money from your account as it states but it takes it from your card/paypal.

The question is very simple will xbox 360 users be able to like the xbox one user to buy from the marketplace using their money in their account without adding a credit card/paypal and actually paying with the money from the account anytime soon or not?

 

There's been no word on if/when that will be updated.
