BUying Elite Controller for xbox with extended warranty in SG

You can get Microsoft Complete (extended warranty) for the Elite controller at the time of purchase either online or from a physical Microsoft Store or you can contact a Microsoft Store sales agent within 45 days of purchase.

I would suggest buying your controller from Best Buy. Their extended warranty is great, I’ve had to replace two elite controllers using the warranty I purchased there.

Its 90 days after the free repair or the remainder of the warranty whichever is longer that's pretty standard

At the cost of controllers nowadays you could buy one new unless you are talking about elites

And controller warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase

And this is why you buy extended warranty

There is no 3 years on controllers

Elites have 2 year warranties fyi

It's not a year though

The only controllers that come with a year warranty is the elites

NOT the included console controllers which only comes with accessories warranty which is 90days

You would have to buy ms complete within 30days of purchase of your xbox series x to be covered under extended warranty

Your console and plug is covered by a year not controllers

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Xbox one standard controllers have 90 days of warranty. After that time has passed, you would have to buy a new one if you would like to replace your controller. The exceptions being the Design lab controllers
(120 day warranty) and the elite controllers (1 year warranty). If you purchased "Microsoft complete" with your console then you may have the extended warranty that extends to the controllers as well.
