Buying Add on but saying "can't download add on"

I just went to buy the Add on "somewhere i belong" for rock band blitz. it says i didn't buy it but i got a confirmation email saying i did, its not on my download history and i'll hold onto the email until i get this issue solved just in case.

you cannot get region locked content

does the region of your account actually reflect the region you live in?

gears of war 2 dlc you need to live in the actual region of your account

if your account reflects your actual country then just reset your router and modem

if not you will have to create the correct account

Sorry to hear it. If you purchased something but did not get the option to download it then that would fall in the category of a Billing Issue. Give phone support for your region a call and they should be able to help out.

So it goes like this when i created my account i lived in UK and now i dont.So there's no way for me to download it?

I checked the supported countrys and mines not there ;/

If you have moved and are permanently residing in another region, we suggest you create a new account that reflects this. You can still keep your old account as well.
