Buying a US copy of a game, and DLC online on different region

Shouldn't be a problem.

Disc based games are region free but as long as you buy any digital dlc like a battlepass etc. from your counties digital store then it'll work fine.

There won't be any issue's here. For the most part, physical disc games have no regional restrictions. The only exception to this rule would be China, because, you know, communism and heavy censorship...

A physical disc game imported to Israel from the United States will work just fine and there won't be any DLC issues as long as you purchase said DLC from an Israeli based account on the console.

However, if you are not physically based in Israel, and are instead located in another Middle Eastern country without official Xbox Live support you may well encounter DLC purchasing/downloading issues.

As ngocphi has already asked, did you buy the games online? Are they from a region (country) that is different from yours? If you did, this could be the problem because dlc codes can be locked to only the region that they came from.

If you buy used you can buy the online pass through the main menu instead of redeeming the code.

No games with online passes ever put them on the public marketplace or people will assume they are DLC/ end up buying multiple copies.

Note that digital content on PlayStation is region locked, so for example a DLC from one region won't work with a game from another region (this can happen if you bought a disc copy for a different region, or access the game from an account created in a different region). But if you haven't changed accounts and own both the game and DLC on your own account, there shouldn't be any issues.
