Buying a Shark Card in GTA 5 on Xbox One

My son would like to purchase a shark card in GTA 5. We have a gift card we redeemed online. Could someone please walk us through purchasing the shark card? It asks for a profile address and i'm stumped at that point. I just want to make sure that the gift
card is being recognized on the console and uses that money first. I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you.

i did not recieve bonus cash for buying a shark card during the latest gta v promo

What you need to do is go to https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom&mstoken=&wa=wsignin1.0 to redeem the code then after the code is redeemed the money will be added
to the account. Then go to GTA V in the Xbox Store and buy a Shark Card from there.

Which version of GTA 5 do you play, Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S? I ask because there are 2 different types of Shark Cards on the store for each version of the game.

Make sure the Shark Cards you purchased are for the version of the game you play.
