Buying a Series X with gift cards?

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy the Series X when it hopefully arrives this Winter.

Is it possible to to buy or receive gift cards, add them to my account then when Series X arrives, purchase with gift card balance from Microsoft Store?

Is there a limit or purchase restrictions on gift card credit?

You'd probably have to check with Microsoft Store support for information on if there are any gift card restrictions although I doubt there would be, but yes, you can use your Microsoft account balance for purchases on the Microsoft Store. That would include
consoles.

As stated above, funds from Xbox gift cards are added to your Microsoft account balance. They can be used to buy games/subscriptions on the 360, One, Series S/X, Windows, and you can use them in the Microsoft Store.

Thanks, I will look tommorow, to see if I got my $3 gift card from Microsoft I will reply again if I don't get it tomorrow.

I also have a question I need help with.

Are there any xbox series x games that have up to 4player split screen and are a shooter game that require no gamepass to play multiplayer.

(Bye shooter game I mean a shooter battleroyale game)

PS: By the way my sister is buying a robux gift card $20 and she wont budge when i say buy a xbox gift card please give me reasons why a xbox gift card is better by the this Wednesday before time runs out.
