Buying a game on xbox.com help

I just purchased MGS ground zero on the xbox.com website.

However nothing has arrived on my XB1 console.

I went to the game store directly on the console expecting to be able to install, but it's still prompting me to buy the game.

I also checked my download queue and nothing has arrived.

I bought the game with the same profile thats signed into my XB1 and the website has confirmed my purchase.

What do i do now?

In theory it should start downloading on your home console, but in reality, it sometimes doesn't.

Mot of the time, stuff downloads and/or updates like they're supposed while it's on standby. Occasionally it doesn't do anything until you power up the console.

I'd say do it and see what happens.

Every time I've made a purchase using the Smartglass app on phone or tablet for my Xbox One, it has either been ready when I return home or still downloading. Obviously, whether it will be ready or not all depends on what you've purchased, when, and how
fast your connection speed is.

The only way it wouldn't work is if you are using an external hard drive and have instructed the console to power down the device when in standby. Otherwise it should work fine as intended.
