buy with the uala card

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you purchased the game pass for PC but it is not showing on your account. In this regard it would be best to request a call from support. As they will be able to look into the account and see what subscriptions
are active. As the game pass for PC is a totally separate subscription than game pass for console or Xbox live. Ultimate game pass combines all three subscriptions into one.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I did everything you guys said, and nothing seemed to be working. I shut down my xbox 360 and tried the next day. I logged in and uala, everything worked fine, it did sync with my cloud saves, and games. so thank you!!!

Hola, esto paso el dia 14, hace 3 dias y aun no me deja descargar nada, me aparece "unirce a game pass" como si fuera la primera vez que lo uso, me pide que ingrese un medio de pago, ingrese la misma tarjeta de la que se desconto el dinero el dia 14 y me
dice que los datos no son correctos, basicamente se desconto de la tarjeta y no me la reconoce entonces no entiendo como se desconto el dinero si la tarjeta teoricamente no es correscta, y me llegan notificaciones de uala informando que xbox esta queriendo
cobrar la cuota nuevamente por tal motivo vacie la tarjeta para que no me siga sacando dinero, la cuota ya esta paga ya se desconto el dia 14, no voy a voler a ingresar dinero.

Hello, have you tried waiting a while, before trying to purchase the item again? If so, and you are still getting that error message you will need to contact customer support, you can do that

Honestly it could be any number of things causing it from an issue on the MS end to an incorrect address on file with your profile that is causing the issue. I would suggest giving MS a call as it'll be the fastest way to get this sorted and likely just
something very simple they can fix for you
