Buy Tomorrow - You have reached the limit of how much you can spend in the xbox store today

Hi... So i got in touch with Microsoft support. Which was a fruitless exercise. They said that other users were experiencing this and they had senior support analysts looking at it.

Well no thanks to them and more thanks to my impatience. I logged in to my xbox account in my web browser. I had seen in another thread that billing information was a cause of this error at times. Everything was fine when viewing this through the Xbox One
itself. So went to check mine out online and it wasnt there... Went to add a credit card, but it would only allow me to add US details (I am from New Zealand)... Sooo i saw that big shiny button saying change region. Changed it back to New Zealand and hey
presto! All my billing info started displaying, and I can now buy things through the Xbox Store on my Xbox One.

I'm disappointed with the obvious lack of knowledge from the official Microsoft support team. The guy was pleasant enough but if I wanted a nice chat rather than some help, i would go to my missus.

Check your region settings! Train those support chaps properly!

Redeemed pre-paid code, now cannot buy anything

I redeemed a pre-paid code and when I try to purchase something it says "Buy this tomorrow - You have reached the limit of how much you can spend in the Xbox Store today". I have never purchased anything before on the xbox one store. I am trying to give
MIcrosoft my money but they don't want it!

 

Can not buy anything on XBOX LIVE

My XBOXONE Can not buy anything on XBOX LIVE .When I buy somgthing it show "You’ve reached the limit of how much you can spend in the Xbox Store today." My account is HONGKONG account

 

Completely agree with the training the support chaps. Generally nice to talk to but there has been so many times where I have told them several solutions to big problems. All they do is stick to the script. Doesn't matter what you say it's a classic clear
Mac address, hard reset, uninstall stuff. Yup.
