Buy Now Greyed Out

My characters are also greyed out too, I bought the Supreme Edition, played it for like 2 months or so, then I got a new computer. I installed Killer Instinct on it and checked to see if I had my characters and everything, and I did have them. Then I noticed
that the clock on my computer was an hour behind so I fixed that. About an hour later I went back to Killer Instinct and played a little bit of Survival mode, I still had my characters. But then I went into Ranked Mode and when I got into a match I was missing
the Season 2 and Season 3 characters. Once I finished the match I went to Local Play and the characters were still missing. I went to the store to see if the game even notices that I own the Supreme Edition and it said I did have it, but the characters were
still greyed out. So ever since I changed the clock on my computer, I have been getting this glitch. And for some reason I only lose the characters when ever I go into Ranked Mode, and I would still get the glitch if I go to Local Play or Single Player after
Ranked Mode. At least when I restart the game I get my characters back for Local Play and Single Player, I just can't go into Ranked mode.

Sam here. I spent a few hours with a few different support people in chat but they were no help and eventually sent me off to Windows 10 support site.

I have the same problem. Where is the product I bought with my well-earned money ?

I'm in the same situation. I have the Combo Breaker pack and have unlocked all Season 1 characters...but I do not ever have a free, rotating character from Season 2. I was able to play Riptor one time about two months ago. Since then, I've not been able
to play anyone but Season 1 characters.

What is the issue here?

have the same problem, however i purchased the supreme edition and only my season 1 characters are playable... seasons 2 and 3 are now behind a paywall, despite the game actually recognizing that i already own the supreme edition
