    I bought a Xbox-360 in europe but I'm in america now,so I need to know if I buy a game on Xbox Live i will be able to play it

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds like you're trying to play on a 360 considering you say you tried to play before installing the game.

    If you bought the games from the Americas and you live in Europe then the issue may be your console. The Americas use a video format of NTSC and Europe uses PAL. This may be the reason you're unable to play the game

    If its based in america its monitored by the NSA so lag if connecting from Europe.. If based in Europe lag from Europe's NSA and americas NSA.. so double lag...
