buy an extra star promotion for febuary

In February 2017 I participated in the buy an extra star for spending 125 dollars in the month of febuary. I ended up spending 154.96 before taxes which include Resident evil 7 bio hazard edition $89.99 Rocket league $14.99 Doctor strange $19.99 Dead rising
3 apocalypse edition $29.99. Checked today the 7th when they said stars would be updated and still no extra star. Also renewed my Xbox live for a year. Can someone please tell me how this makes any sense to entice us to spend more $$ with a promise and not
hold up your end of the bargain. This is bad buisness.

Gamertag navid3000, expecting extra star.

My gamertag is I'm expecting an extra star in my rewardss rank via the new promotion for February....(spend xbox amount and have 5 stars for the rest of the year). I spend that amount of money but have not gotten the extra star. Please check for

dashboard promotions usually come november-december and they are worth it....got 2 years for 90$ last year lol my live doesnt run out untill febuary 2013 lol
