Buy a xbox 360s with kinect. A month and a half stopped working. ¿no one takes ...

Microsoft should take it as it should still have a warranty on it (if you bought it retail brand new) Otherwise try to get an exchange at the store you purchased it from, most retailers are happy to exchange if you still have a receipt.

If you bought a boxed 360, as in you're its first customer, you have a year (?) of warranty with Microsoft. If the store is giving you trouble, take it up with Microsoft and they can help you.

If it was bought second hand and the warranty expired, MS can fix whatever's wrong with it for a fee. Go to this website's support page to check out your options.

The problem here is your perception - you're still perceiving the Kinect as a separate entity, so if 1 breaks you should logically still be able to use the other. However, it's not - the 2 parts work in tandem as a whole & as a result should be considered
1 product. As with any product, if 1 part of it stops working, it usually means the entire thing stops working. Let's take your DVD player for example - your disc tray breaks, so you can't open or close it to put in a disc or to take 1 out, effectively nullifying
the ability to use the DVD player altogether. This happens because the disc tray is an integral part of the DVD player. The Kinect works the same way with the Xbox One - it is the "disc tray" for the Xbox One's "DVD player".

[/quote]I dont have any problem with my perception, you have one with your logic and how you keep changing the subject . if my DVD player stops working because the tray is bust then that does not stop my tv working does it. but if my new kinect for the xbox
one does stop working then my xbox one will not work. The kinect is a seperate entity if it was not then microsoft would have packaged it in the xbox one housing as they where going to in all their original design ideas.Would you buy a car whos engine was
towed behind it on a trolley i doubt it, because that is what the kinect is going to be an integral part of the machine that if for any reason a hose breaks or an electrical wire snaps then your system wont work. Basically the kinect is a peripheral. heres
an analogy you might understand your mother has a hoover - vacumm it comes with a lot of peripherals such as different type of attachments, one day she breaks one of the attachments does her hoover -vacumm stop working ? No it doesnt she just carries on hovering-
vacumming. THE XBOX ONE CAN FUNCTION WITHOUT A KINECT MICROSOFT JUST WANT TO RAM IT DOWN YOUR THROAT. THEY CAN REPROGRAMME IT TO WORK WITHOUT ONE. TAKE DRM for example

I´m sorry to hear that. My kinect sensor for xbox one died months ago, but my kinect for xbox 360 still works ! it´s curious.

As it is an Xbox 360, games must be for 360. The Xbox One also has a kinect sensor and several games have been launched for this generation and if you buy a game for Xbox One, it will not work on your Xbox 360.

Directly, any games for kinect, being Xbox 360 too, will be compatible.
