    Can't access XCOM: Enemy Within after purchase

    The game only appears in my order history, not in my download history, so I can't download it.

    is there any answers to be had here? i bought maps packs for cod blackop1 but cant redownload them!

    there is nothing in my history, no evidence of me buying it if it was in my history then id be able to download it but its not.

    I'm not an Elite member. And I already checked for the map pack on that site and its not listed in my purchase history. It listed in my download history on my console.

    You can download the content as many times as you like, after you buy the game, if it does not appear to you in the ready to install list, then you may need to search the store, as well as check your order history if it appears in the order history. and
    does not appear on your console, then you will need to contact support for an explanation of what happened.

    Xbox 360 tittles missing from owned games list

    Make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to order the games. Then check your download history on the Xbox 360 by going to settings - account - download history. If they are listed there. Then select one, and start the download.
