    I bought a bad extension for Forza 3 (Hot wheels) believing it was for Forza Horizon 4.

    Is it possiblle to be refund in this case ?

    Hey there, DavidMASSA

    Welcome

    You can always try by visiting: https://account.microsoft.com

    Once your there, sign into your account and select purchases. Select the Forza DLC you got and you may see "Refund"

    You can then make a refund request which gets sent to the Marketplace team in Microsoft. They will review your request and make a choice.
