Buy 3 months of Xbox Live Gold, Get 3 months free - Promotion Not Applied to Account

Hi,

In May I purchased a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox dashboard because of the Buy 3 months, get 3 free promo. When purchasing it was stated that the free 3 months would be applied automatically and there was no need from me to do
anything.

It appears as though the free 3 months was not applied, though something happened to my account because today I got a message saying it was suspended due to overdue balance, but there was no where to pay any overdue balance.

It wouldn't allow me purchase any other subscriptions and I ended up having to spend an hour on Microsoft support chat, just to get them to remove the invisible overdue amounts.

Can someone from the Xbox promotional team team please contact me to correct this issue.

Xbox Live Gold 3 months plus another 3 montgs free

From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

 

Did not receive free code

I purchased a 3-month subscription of Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox under a promotion you offered (see link below), and have not received my free code, for an additional three months free. I waited to contact you until 3/16, as the promotion said the
code would be sent by 3/15. It has not arrived, and today is 3/16. How do we remedy this situation?

I have tried that. They said i have to contact the promotional team via this forum.

I have saved the transcript of the live chat as proof thats what they said.
