I purchased xbox live during the buy 3 months get 3 months free below is the order information which does qualify for the time the offer was available and has been confirmed in support chat.

June 9, 2018

I have not received the code for the free 3 months which should have been sent within 15 days of the order. I have checked my communications on my xbox and my email but I have not received the free 3 months redemption code. I have been sent here for help
since the last 3 chat sessions that I was in with Microsoft support were a total waste of time since they could not resolve the problem. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had from a billion dollar company. Please help me resolve this problem.

3 month live promotion code expired.

I bought three months of xbl during the buy 3 get 3 free promotion.

I redeemed the first three months and received the email with the code for the next 3 months. I was not aware this was a "promotional code" as opposed to a real 3 month code and I did not open the email as I had no need to redeem the code at the time.

When my xbl expired I went to my email to use my next 3 month code and found it was a promotional code which expired on march 31st 2 weeks after I received it.

Is there a way to remedy this situation and get my second 3 month code.

As I see it I have paid for 6 months of xbl and only received 3 months.

On Microsoft web sight and that time the massage was you will getting after 10 days 3 month free code in your email but i did not receive any code from Microsoft Xbox .so what should I do now

I'm sitting in the same situation, whether posting on these forums, or talking directly to support. Everyone is given the same run around. Chat support tells us to post here, here they tell us to contact chat support.

I've yet to see anyone get this issue resolved...

I just did another support chat, and it seems they are becoming somewhat aware of the issue.

After mentioning the run around users have been getting, and requesting for the issue to be escalated I was able to provide info to get sent off to a dedicated team looking into this. I'd recommend opening another support chat session and requesting the
same. Hopefully this will be the final thing necessary before it's resolved.

As what I have in my resources here, it seems that you were not the only player who encountering this delay. No worries dear customer, your account is healthy is and safe. We are just facing delays this due to Microsoft on going update for better future resolutions.
What we need to do is forward this to dedicated team together with other players who already requested regarding this code issues.

I escalated about two weeks ago with the link they provided to me via chat and I got an email a few days later that they do not deal with this problem and to contact support. The complete run around.
