Buy 3-month Xbox Live and Get 3-month free

I did not receive the additional 3 month bonus xbox live. I made the order on the 14th of June (order number 4582339036). The terms on the website indicated that the bonus code would be sent on the 20th of June, But I did not receive it. I contacted customer support
on the 23rd of June (service request number 1430775248), and I was told that I was to receive it 10 days after my purchase date. It is now the 27th of June and I've contacted customer support and was then told to make a post here. This sort of customer service
is unacceptable as I am told different things every time and my issue still has not been solved.

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.
