Buy 2 sets of 1000 v-buck for my children and the game doesn't update

Yesterday I bought two sets of 1000 V- bucks for my children. The payments
the payments were debited correctly

but the game does not update the V-Bucks. How do I solve this problem

please quit out of the game and powercycle the xbox one.

once off, unplug powercable -> wait one minute -> replug cable -> turn on and then launch fortnite -> check if the v-bucks updated.

 

Have you tried restarting your Xbox including unplugging it for 10-15 secs, if thats not working sign out of your Xbox profile and then sign back and see if that works.
