Buttons im my xbox one s controller aren't working

I was playing a few days ago in my PC, and yesterday I decided to play, so I connected my Xbox controller (with an USB cable) and it isn't working.

The only buttons that are working are B, RT, LT, RS and LS, and the other buttons seems like are being pressed by itself, so, if I press some of them, nothing happens.

Also, when I use the Xbox Accessories program, it shows that the button RB is constantly being pressed by itself.

I also connect the Xbox controller in my smartphone, and all those buttons that weren't working on PC aren't working on my smartphone, so my PC or the drivers aren't the problem.

Someone could help me please?

I assume you can't test it on a console? If it doesn't work on both chances are the controller will need a repair.

Update Controller page. Note, you are able to update the controller from an Xbox One as well as a PC so you should be able to get this done on your computer. Hope this helps!

Could be a few problems.

Connection issue with the cable itself.

Or the PC not fully recognizing the controller.

If the controller works on the console fully, then it is not the controller.
