    Hi,

    I have Burnout Paradise on XBOX 360 on disc and have played it a fair bit in the past. In the past I purchase the Big Surf Island content and played it.

    I have just come back to playing it and the Big Surf Island content is missing. It is installed.

    I have tried all other suggestions like:

    1. Deleted content

    2. Clear Cache

    3. Restart

    4. Install content

    This has made no difference. Can you offer some suggestions?

    Issue was resolved by using the Account Management Transfer licenses.

    if non of those are working or deleting the game and redownloading it doesn't work try contacting the creators of that game

    if you haven't tried already delete the entire game to see if that fixes the issue
