bundled game missing

i need help in getting the free game "The Crew" for my purchase and the order number/ID is [Mod Removed]. i did select the game which was included with the forza bundle and the forza code was included, except the "the crew", which is missing. please help!

Anyone else feel like we're missing out?

To expect bundled consoles at launch is asinine. You arent missing out on anything. You have had the console for months now, would you really trade those months of enjoyment for a bundled console? I for one wouldnt, but thats just me.

i bought this bundle couple of days ago at the official microsoft store. and i did reach the service rep and he said to get help from sales and promotions through the forum and thats the only way they will help he said, so here i am.

 

We removed the numbers from the post as we do not allow identifiable information such as reference numbers and order numbers. Unfortunately we do not have any ability to assist with games included in bundles from 3rd party retailers, and this does include
the Microsoft Store. We're primarily able to assist with pre-order offers from the Xbox Store or promotions ran through the Xbox One dashboard.

Unfortunately the best route to take is to reach out once more to clarify about The Crew being included in the Xbox One bundle and how to receive it.

what a rip off, Xbox is owned by Microsoft and ur telling me to have bought the game through the Xbox one dashboard, I never had the Xbox that's why I bought it, and I selected the game during checkout, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing,
Microsoft being the biggest software company , I'm totally disappointed, just like any other company getting the run around from pillar to post to get basic help , how can ur own store be a 3rd party store , it's ur own store not apple or Best Buy and this
bundle offer is offered by ur own store
