    Bullying is not against the law but harrasment and threatening behaviour is. As you have already stated the messages were threatening physical and verbal abuse and that is against the law. Consult this website and get more information about the next course
    of action you can take, also keep all new messages as well for evidence.



    Yes I do agree that Microsoft would be your first port of call but as it is turning into a more serious situation with physical and verbal abuse that is against the law and you need to consult specialist advice

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. In order for the enforcement team to investigate him, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console.
