Building a New Character

So I am going up a devoted cleric line. I'm at level 18 now. But prior to this character I have a level 60 half human/elf hunter ranger w/ 13,700 gs and a level 34 scourge warlock. I feel that all these builds I have done are not at their best potential?
I've made my ranger go up the storm warden path but hear from so many the pathfinder is the way to go? And as far as my warlock is concerned I don't think I'm doing it justice? But that aside, I have 3 points to spend in my clerics feats because I'm afraid
ill be placing them in areas ill regret later? I want my cleric to be 'all healing' or as much as possible? So where does one go to find different builds on characters? Will there be a new class coming to the Xbox one? I've heard mention of a paladin(?) (My
auto correct is writing words no where near what I'm writing??) anyway, any help would be nice? Thanks and good luck to all adventurers

How do I start the DLC missions if my save games are all at th every end of Fallout: New Vegas?

Man that totally sucks! I really do not want to start playing again and building my character up... Looks like this is the end of New Vegas for me...

Good luck. I'm in the same boat. I've looked everywhere and there just isn't much recent info out there that isn't over a year old, pc related or tanky pvp related and 4 updates in. I've tried the forums on the ARC website, but they're speaking a language
I simply don't understand. I am new to MMO rpgs, but d@mn! there's a lot to learn. I'm still looking, but I can't find anything decent or where they speak noob.

Any pc builds related to mod 4/5 should work. Just not anything with mod 6 or past level 60. The Paladin is not available until Xbox gets mod 6. So having a year old pc build is more than likely current on the Xbox.

I would get my endurance up as I think there is only one extra of that. Remember this all depends on the suit you wear. Your DT can vary alot. Here goes.

As of my last finish this is where I was at. Level 45 with XP Maxed out again. The plus signs come from perks and armour. Now just waiting for Lonesome Road. Going to start all over from scratch tonight.

My list of Perks is just too long to do. I have 6 Implants from the clinic. She won't give me any more.

I have the Abominable perk level 3, Animal Control perk level 3, and the Bug Stomper perk level 3.

I have the DNAvenger perk level 2 with one more to go. Cazadors ain't nothing.

I use the Grim Reaper's Sprint. I do have all the implants from Big Mountain.

I also took all 10 levels of Intense Training and still I'm not going to make all specials to 10.

OH! and I have 3 levels of LORD DEATH. I quote "You gain a bonus against everything, because you like killing everything."

Machine Head level 2, both levels of the Toughness Perk. +6 to my DT.

BUT STILL!
