Hello,

Thank you in advance for any help. Does anyone know if the mod "Build your Own Pool" has been made available for xBox One?

Only the mods that are available for the game via the built in mod menu can be installed. Not checked myself, but it's unlikely as according to Nexus Mods for the PC version, a number of other prerequisite mods are required for it to work. It's probably too complex for the console version.

Probably Fallout 4, mostly because you have a bunch of different things to do. You can follow the story lines (and do them differently each time) or if you're not in the mood for questing you can build up your base(s). And then there's mods...

For anyone wondering what mods are already available for Fallout, just search nexus mods fallout 4.

you can install mods to games like fallout 4 and skyrim, but as for console i wouldn't recommend doing that, but if you mean games then yes fallout 4 and Skyrim are your games
